315 Ash Street
" Richard Shendahl Home "

Built in 1905 on the same floor plan as it's neighbor to the east, this home has undergone many changes and additions over the years. In the 1990's it was divided into three apartments, but has been converted back into a single family home by the present owners. Restoration of this home is continuing.
The first photograph is the home in 1988, the second was taken in 1977.

Information on the Heritage Homes website was compiled from Reflections of the Past: Myrtle Point, Oregon Historic Buildings, a project of the Myrtle Point Rotary, Chamber of Commerce and the Coos County Logging Museum (circa 1985) and Take a Break in Historic Myrtle Point produced by the Myrtle Point Chamber of Commerce (circa 1975) unless otherwise noted.
