[head:] Incorporation) In answer to some remarks that were made to us with reference to whether a community can inclose * the private property of an individual, situated outside the limits, inside of which they had intended to fix their boundaries originally, and procure an act of incorporation, we offer the following, which may or may not be correct: [refers to precedent by boundaries of Marshfield: coal bank slough, Dean and Co, etc. ]... Most generally, property holders are benefitted by having a town located close to them.  Whether it interferes with their right "to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness," we are not legally qualified to give an opinion.  +
